The primary goal of individual therapy is to increase understanding of one's thought and behavior patterns to help improve function and well-being. In therapy, people can learn how to manage stress, interpersonal difficulties, and troubling situations effectively.  Our objective is to facilitate the space for change in order to achieve self-actualization.   

We provide documentation of Core Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services off-site.  Our Core Comprehensive Behavioral Health Service Elements include: screening and assessment; treatment plan; and care coordination.   We provide diagnosis; therapeutic services; crisis/emergency services; consultative services; and case management off-site, through referral, affiliation or contract.
